**PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being.**

Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Servicemembers. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Servicemembers across the United States through one of our 300+ locations.

This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from PGA and LPGA Professionals.

- No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you.
- No prior golf experience necessary
- No VA disability rating required
- Veterans do not have to have combat or deployments in order to participate
- All expenses associated with PGA HOPE are covered

PGA HOPE McCandless - Session 1

Open to all skill levels, our golf clinic is designed to support junior golfers at every stage of their development. Whether they are just starting out or aspiring to play at the collegiate level, our expert coaching and advanced training tools will help them refine their skills and reach their goals.

**For beginners:** We focus on building a strong foundation, covering fundamentals such as grip, posture, and alignment.

**For advanced players:** Our experienced coaches provide high-level instruction, utilizing training aids and technology to enhance performance.

**Each session includes:**

✔️ A focused full swing lesson with access to launch monitors for in-depth shot data analysis

✔️ Short game practice, including bunker shots, pitch shots, and putting

✔️ Engaging mini-games and challenges designed to develop purposeful and effective practice habits

Join us for a comprehensive golf experience that fosters skill development, confidence, and a passion for the game!

Middle & High School Golf Clinic

- **Format**: 2-person scramble (team play).
- Tee yardages will be adjusted based on age and on-course experience.
- **No ride-along carts** are permitted for golfers or spectators. Push carts are encouraged.
- Parents are allowed to caddie and are encouraged to for newer golfers.
- Compete for weekly and season-long prizes. Weekly prizes will be calculated at the end of the round and ready for the following week.
- Players can register independently and join a team. Please contact Coach Matt if your junior golfer needs a teammate for the event!

**"Participants should have prior on-course experience and some understanding of key golf concepts. To ensure all golfers have time to complete their round, maximum stroke and time limits will be enforced for each hole.

Ocean Pines Golf Junior League

AimPoint Express 1 & 2

Improve your green reading and putt with freedom. Learn AimPoint Express Level 1 and 2. In this master class Chris George will cover feeling slope, short putts, mid putts, long putts, and double breaking putts. He will personally calibrate you and show you how to adjust to the speed of greens.

Instruction Fee: $225 per player

AimPoint Express 1 & 2

The “Swing Tune Up” series will run every Saturday from 11:30-12:30. This is a drop-in clinic with no multi-week commitment. Every week we will split the time between one full swing topic and one short game topic. Open to all skill levels; come enjoy and learn the small adjustments that can make a large difference in your game!

Swing Tune Up Series

The Junior Coaching Program provides students with the opportunity to learn and practice advanced techniques, and to apply these skills on the course. It is ideal for competitive juniors who aspire to participate in tournaments or become part of their middle or high school teams. Each session includes 50 minutes of group instruction, followed by a mini-game or challenge to evaluate the students' abilities.

Class will meet at the far end of the driving range. You can drive or walk through the parking lot to arrive at our meeting spot.

Junior Coaching Program Ages 7-11

Full Swing Technique

Improve your quality of contact and reduce how much your ball curves offline in this Full Swing Technique class.  The class consist of a group presentation and then a focus on you as an individual player.  Practice drills and strategies will be discussed with each player so you maximize your practice time.

Instruction Fee: $45 per player

PGA Jr. League is a game-changing opportunity for boys and girls to learn and play golf. The program brings family and friends together around fun, team golf experiences with expert coaching from our PGA Professionals. Our program begins in May and ends in August

2025 Penn State PGA Jr. League Program

A fun, team-oriented and inclusive environment where kids 13U will be able to learn the basic of golf, skill development, sportsmanship and camaraderie while being introduced to competitive play

2025 Poplar Grove Jr. League Program

Play 9 holes, all par 3 length. Gather the family up to 6 people.
PGA JL Players - $25 PGA fee waived
Non-BHCC Members: $20 Green Fee

Welcome to Whiskey & Wedges!

Join your PGA Coach for an hour in a fun, stress-free environment focused on helping you improve your short game. In this social, community-based clinic, improve your short game with your friends (or make some new ones) while you enjoy your favorite adult beverage.

During this event, your PGA Coach will cover short game staples (pitching, chipping, and bunker play) from 100 yards and in. While learning, feel free to have a drink (or two!) of your choice.
