This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from PGA and LPGA Professionals.

- No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you.
- No prior golf experience necessary
- No VA disability rating required
- Veterans do not have to have combat or deployments in order to participate
- All expenses associated with PGA HOPE are covered

PGA HOPE Aberdeen Proving Ground - Session 2

Open to all skill levels, our golf clinic is designed to support junior golfers at every stage of their development. Whether they are just starting out or aspiring to play at the collegiate level, our expert coaching and advanced training tools will help them refine their skills and reach their goals.

**For beginners:** We focus on building a strong foundation, covering fundamentals such as grip, posture, and alignment.

**For advanced players:** Our experienced coaches provide high-level instruction, utilizing training aids and technology to enhance performance.

**Each session includes:**

✔️ A focused full swing lesson with access to launch monitors for in-depth shot data analysis

✔️ Short game practice, including bunker shots, pitch shots, and putting

✔️ Engaging mini-games and challenges designed to develop purposeful and effective practice habits

Join us for a comprehensive golf experience that fosters skill development, confidence, and a passion for the game!

Middle & High School Golf Clinic

The PGA Junior League program brings family and friends together around fun, team golf experiences with expert coaching and instruction from PGA Professionals. PGA Junior League is open to boys and girls ages 13 and under of all skill levels! Practices will be on Friday evenings at 5:00 pm starting on September 5th. Matches will be on Saturday afternoons at 4:00 pm starting September 6th. 

Forest Park/First Tee 13U Fall PGA Jr. League 

The PGA Junior League 17U program brings family and friends together around fun, team golf experiences with expert coaching and instruction from PGA Professionals. PGA Junior League is open to boys and girls ages 14 - 17 of all skill levels! Practices will be on Friday evenings at 5:00 pm starting on September 5th. Matches will be on Saturday afternoons at 4:00 pm starting September 6th.  

Forest Park/First Tee 17U Fall PGA Jr. League

**Join Coach Frank for the Little Golfers Program, designed to give juniors ages 5-7 a fun environment to learn to play the game of golf!**

**Areas of focus include the basics of safety, etiquette, full swing, short game, and putting.**

**Class sizes are 4:1 Student/Teacher.**

**Putting Technique & Speed Profile Master Class**

Improve your putting technique and ball speed profile.  In this master class Chris George will cover proper set up for your body style to achieve the most efficient club face control and ball speed profile.  Individual training protocal will be developed for each player to aquire the skill to become a great putter.  Your current putter will be assessed and an in depth putter fitting will be conducted during the master class.

PGA HOPE Tidewater - Session 4

The “Swing Tune Up” series will run every Saturday from 11:30-12:30. This is a drop-in clinic with no multi-week commitment. **_(Online registration required)_** Every week we will split the time between one full swing topic and one short game topic. Open to all skill levels; come enjoy and learn the small adjustments that can make a large difference in your game!
