I am from Waterloo, Iowa and got my start in golf in Traverse City, Michigan. I settled in Las Cruces, New Mexico after graduating the New Mexico State University PGA Golf Management Program, acquiring a Marketing Degree, and sustaining my 4.0 GPA. My primary responsibilities at my facility are handling events like tournaments and leagues while managing our golf operations staff as well.

I enjoy teaching because of the problem-solving aspect and the joy that students exhibit when they begin to improve. I am an ambassador of communication and simplicity in my lessons. The "best swing" can also change from generation to generation based on the world's best players at the time. The greatest players have common swing traits, however no student is meant to fit into some other player's mold. They have there own swing- lets figure out how to optimize accuracy and power through solid contact.
